Angela Bell, O.D. - Optometrist Originally from Athens, Tennessee, earned her Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Her undergraduate degree was at UT Chattanooga in Biology. Dr. Bell provides comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings and ocular disease management.  Her services also include low vision rehabilitation.  Dr. Bell is active in the community providing vision screenings, eye health education, and is an advisor to the local HOSA chapter.  She is a current member of the American Optometric Association and its Low Vision Section, as well as the Tennessee Optometric Association and Middle Tennessee Optometric Society.  Dr. Bell and her husband, Jeremy, an attorney with Copeland, Conley & Hazard, reside in Tullahoma.
