Dr. Angela Bell, O.D.- Optometrist

Dr. Bell is a native of Athens, Tennessee.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During her time at UT, she worked four years as an ophthalmic technician learning early concepts of eye care.  Her Doctorate of Optometry was received from The Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.  She completed rotations specializing in ocular disease, contact lens and primary eye care. 

Dr Bell is Tennessee State licensed, board certified in ocular pharmaceuticals and minor surgical procedures for optometrists.  Her training and experience allow her to diagnose, treat, and manage or co-manage eye conditions.  She works closely with medical doctors to help her patients receive the optimal care they need. 

Dr. Bell joined the Eye Care Center in 2001.  Professional memberships include the Tennessee Optometric Physicians Association and the American Optometric Association.  Dr. Bell was voted Tullahoma’s finest optometrist in 2009.
